Vaping products in New Zealand are regulated under the Smokefree Environments and Regulated Products Act 1990. That means:

- Nicotine-containing vaping products sold in New Zealand must meet the product notification requirements set by the Ministry of Health. We only stock products that are intended for the NZ market under these rules.
